How it works

  1. Setup

    Configure crops, farms, warehouses, grade codes, and worker rate cards once.

  2. Intake

    Each incoming batch is logged with its farmer, crop, weight, and a quality check.

  3. Grading & packing

    Workers sort produce by grade, and yield is calculated automatically as it's packed into cartons.

  4. Dispatch

    A dispatch note ships the batch to a customer — export or local — and raises the invoice automatically.

  5. Casual payroll

    Attendance is checked in per session and turned into a payroll run with statutory deductions.

  6. Stock on hand

    Raw and packed inventory stay visible in real time as batches move through the pipeline.

  7. Reports & traceability

    Every batch can be traced from farm intake to dispatch, with daily totals and exceptions flagged automatically.
