Built for companies providing contracted security to sites like offices, warehouses, estates, and event venues, Centy Guard's core job is proof — that a guard was at the right place, at the right time, and is who they say they are. Every check-in, patrol, and incident is verified, timestamped, and rolled into an automatic daily report for the client.

How it works

  1. Guard setup

    Guards are registered with their PSRA licence grade and personal details.

  2. Site setup

    Client sites are added with the guard grade required.

  3. Assigning guards

    Guards are rostered onto sites by shift — day, night, or custom.

  4. Check-in

    Guards check in from the mobile app with GPS, plus an optional fingerprint or Face ID check to confirm it's really them on-site.

  5. Patrol

    Roving checkpoints use printed QR stickers, so a guard's route can be verified, not just claimed.

  6. Visitor logging

    Guards log visitors at the post from the app, even offline — it syncs once reconnected.

  7. Incident reporting

    Guards or supervisors log incidents as they happen, with photos attached.

  8. Daily reporting

    Clients get an automatic morning summary of patrols, check-ins, and incidents.

  9. Equipment tracking

    Uniforms, radios, and weapons issued to guards are tracked, with weapons traced by serial number.

  10. Payroll

    Guard attendance and leave feed directly into payroll.
